Robert Eisenman brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field of property inspections. After an early career with the Department of Defense, he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies from the University of Washington. His passion for green building principles was evident during his time with the City of Tacoma's Metro Parks Department, where he shared valuable insights with the community. With six years of experience writing technical reports for various A/E/C trades, Robert is now dedicated to providing expert commercial and residential property inspections as an independent service provider.

InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector CPI®
An InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector CPI®, equipped with the industry's latest technology will be available for all your inspection requests. All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam every three years, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and complete 24 hours of accredited Continuing Education courses each year to maintain their membership and certifications in good standing.

Each year, our inspectors commit to accredited Continuing Education courses, ensuring they stay knowledgeable about the latest in home inspection. They have completed comprehensive training covering critical areas such as foundation, roofing, plumbing, and electrical systems, making them well-equipped to address the concerns of home buyers.

InterNACHI® will pay up to $25,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted, or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI®-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member's taking of the client's personal property. The claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI® arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado. InterNACHI's Honor Guarantee is valid throughout the U.S. and Canada.
